What is The Love Concierge?
The Love Concierge (TLC) is an AI-powered relationship manager that helps you remember the details that matter about the people you love and turn that knowledge into action.
TLC gives you one place to keep track of birthdays, preferences, important dates, gift ideas, memories and everything else that helps you know someone better. Using AI, it transforms those details into personalised reminders and gift and experience recommendations, making it easier to show up thoughtfully in your relationships.
Who can I create profiles for?
You can create a profile for yourself and anyone you'd like to know better or remember more intentionally. Most people start with their partner, family and close friends.
What can I save?
Anything you want to remember, from birthdays, to anniversaries, interests, favourite restaurants, gift ideas, memories, notes, and everything in between.
Will someone know I've created a profile for them?
No. Your profiles are private and only visible to you.
Does TLC send reminders?
Yes. You'll receive reminders before important dates so you have time to plan ahead.
How do gift recommendations work?
You can get gift and experience recommendations for anyone on TLC, whether you're shopping for someone you already know or someone you've just met.
Recommendations are based on the information you've saved about each person and become more personalised over time. The more details you add, the better the recommendations become.
Can I edit or delete a profile?
Yes. You can update or remove information whenever you like.
Is my information private?
Yes. Your data belongs to you, and we take your privacy seriously. Read our Privacy Policy for more information.
