These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of The Love Concierge (“TLC”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), including our app, website, and related services (the “Service”). By creating an account or using TLC, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
TLC reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate access to the service at any time, with or without notice, for legal, security, or operational reasons.

What TLC is
TLC is a digital service that helps users organise information about the people they care about and provides AI-assisted suggestions for gifts, experiences, and moments of connection.
User content and third-party information
TLC is a personal organisation app designed to help you remember and act on what matters.
You retain full ownership of any intellectual property rights in the content you create or store on TLC, including notes, dates, preferences, and relationship details (“user content”).
By using TLC, you give us permission to securely store, process, and protect your User Content on your behalf, and to use it solely to provide and improve the service, including generating reminders and personalised recommendations for you.
We do not use your User Content for advertising, sell it to third parties, or make it public.
You’re responsible for the content you choose to store in TLC, including ensuring it’s appropriate to keep and share through a private tool like this.

AI-generated recommendations
TLC uses AI to analyse user-provided information and generate personalised suggestions that may feel thoughtful and relevant to you.
These suggestions are designed to support you, not replace your judgment. Because they’re generated by AI, they may occasionally be incomplete, incorrect, or not fully suited to your situation.
You decide whether and how to act on any suggestion. TLC does not make automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on your behalf.
Intellectual property
All rights in the TLC platform, excluding user content, belong to TLC.
You retain ownership of your content. By using TLC, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, process, and use your content solely to operate and improve the service.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using TLC or delete your account at any time.
We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated or if required for legal or operational reasons.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may modify these terms or any additional terms that apply to a Service to, for example, reflect changes to the law or changes to our services.
